RAJA YOGA 
RAJA YOGA*  is also known as Ashtanga 
Yoga and is a great way to cultivate flexibility and strength to the body and mind, while creating awareness and empowerment by nurturing the soul!

Raja Yoga incorporates Asanas; Physical postures, Pranayama; breathing techniques, and Dhyana; Meditation. Raja Yoga helps to cultivate a peaceful mind by bringing the attention inward to achieve joy and bliss.

The Asanas include warm ups for the Joints and Glands, Fire Series which build core strength in a safe way, standing postures to build strength and flexibility in the body. It ends with the Relaxation pose to allow the body to rest and rejuvenate from the practice and Meditation to bring you to a place of peace, empowerment and healing.

*Gentle and Moderate Raja Classes are available.


ESSENTIAL YOGA 

In these classes we will incorporate Raja and Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, & Essential Oils!

In each class we will be practicing Yoga Flow that will strengthen the body, and is suitable for all levels. While the Yin poses will increase flexibility, relieve tension, by working on the deeper layers of connective tissues, and bring stillness to the body and mind!  With the addition of Essential oils for detoxification, pain & stress relief.

You'll even receive a little bit of massage, assisted stretching, and energy healing with application of the oils :)


Candlelight Restorative Meditation

Restorative Yoga helps Restore our natural ability to relax.
It relaxes and restores the bodily functions as well as calming and centering the mind.
Enhances and activates the Parasympathetic nervous system so the body and mind can rest and digest. We will use props to assist in the release of tension in the muscles and connective tissue with less strain on the body.
While the soft glow of candlelight will relax and center the mind and finishing off with a guided meditation will balance body, mind, and soul.



                               YIN YOGA 
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.
 It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.
Yin Yoga will also assist you in finding peace and stillness in the body and the mind!!



  TRINITY MEDITATION

In this 1/2 hour guided meditation class we will create a sacred space bringing you to a higher vibration for healing and empowerment. Incorporating breathing techniques, mantras, mudras, and power statements to center and empower the mind, balance and calm the body, while connecting to the power within you and around you!
An important tool to incorporate regularly for Healing and Empowerment.

YOUTH EMPOWERED YOGA
This class is for ages 8-13 years old and is part of our Kids have stress too series. We will incorporate yoga movements with breathing techniques, visualizations, mantra's, and mudra's. This allows youth to connect to their power, courage, and confidence in a safe comfortable space. Learning how to release stress and increase peace through movement, imagination, and sound! 

 THE MEDITATION

THE Meditation Classes will balance Body~Mind~Soul

 

These Meditation Classes incorporate Joints and Glands and other basic warm up Yoga movements to relax the body, center the mind and open the energy channels.

 

Along with breathing techniques and visualizations this guided meditation will bring you to a higher vibrational plane.

 

Bringing in the sacred geometry visualization, affirmations and setting your intentions you will leave relaxed, refreshed and renewed.

 

An important tool to incorporate regularly for Healing and Empowerment.
