This Healing and Empowerment Triad Session is a great way to experience multiple healing modalities within one session and receive benefits from each. This includes:

This Session will include a Guided Meditation with Energy Healing, and  Intuitive Reading using modalities such as...

~Trinity Awakenings & Activations which is powerful Energy healing using sacred geometry bringing you to a higher vibrational plane. Connecting with Ascended Masters, Archangels, and spiritual beings. Crystals and or tuning forks may be added.

~Intuitive Coaching is guidance and information that comes up intuitively. Whether it is about something that happened in the past that needs to be healed or released or tools and steps to take to move forward

~Angel Card Reading. Angel Cards are tools used in helping you connect to the Angels Divine guidance in a visual way for clarity and insight.

These sessions are the Reiki attunements that will allow you to access Reiki, universal healing energy, for yourself and loved ones! 

Manuals for self study about the history and use of Reiki can be added to learn more about the use of Reiki symbols and for those who wish to  increase their ability to channel a higher frequency of energy.  A certificate is also an option for those who wish to use Reiki on clients. Both the manual and certificate will be an additional cost.

Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda 1 on 1 Coaching

Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda includes an assessment to determine your dosha or constitution and a personalized approach by applying one on one Yoga sessions and nutrition guidelines. The Yoga program will be designed to bring balance to your body and the personalized session will allow it to be tailored to your specific concerns. Information will be given so you can take home this knowledge and apply it to your daily life for a positive transformation.

Wholistic & Intuitive Coaching

Melissa uses training as a certified Whole Life Coach for detoxing, general nutrition, and the Braveheart method, as well a Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, to use yoga routines and Ayurveda specific for your needs and constitution. Each session will be tailored to your wants and needs. We will come up with a plan that is specific to the direction you want to go. Combining the various methods in training, and information to take home and integrate, you can transform into the highest version of yourself in body, mind, and soul.

Distance Energy, Readings, & Coaching

Do you live far away or just don't want to travel?

We are able to do Distance Energy Healing, Guided Meditations/Visualizations, Intuitive Readings, Wholistic Coaching & Angel Card Readings via Skype, FaceTime or phone calls.
