My Background
About Melissa
I started the journey of Healing and Empowerment in 2003 and love assisting others with their own journey towards self awareness, healing, and empowerment.
In 1998 I started to practice yoga and enjoyed the many benefits, although at the time never fully understood how it helped on all levels, not just the physical.
Becoming a Reiki Master in 2004 is what started to open the door to a whole new way of viewing the world we live in. Taking as many levels of Reiki as I could to raise my vibration I am a Reiki Master in the Usui, Karuna Ki, Violet Flame, and Tibetan. Although I did notice the shift in my own life I knew there was more to come and continued my search.
I trained in many other modalities to assist the physical Body including Swedish Massage Certification, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Rainbow Therapy and Thai Yoga Massage.
Taking other courses for the Mind and Soul including The Reconnection, Access Consciousness, Past Life Regression and Angel Empowerment had opened me up to even more and allowed me to incorporate intuitive guidance into my sessions.
I took my first 200 hour Yoga Instructor training in July 2013 and have since added a 100 hour Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda course, Whole Life Coach certification, and another 200 hour Yin and Restorative Yoga instructor training.
I'm now an Spinal Flow Technique practitioner and an Ordained Metaphysical Minister working towards completing my doctrine as a Dr of Divinity Specializing in Spiritual Healing.

Within my practice of doing one on one sessions I started receiving intuitive guidance on a new way to bring people to a higher vibrational place for Healing and Empowerment.
I also do Meditation and Energy Groups, where I start with a guided meditation, to bring people to the higher vibrational plane, then show them how to give and receive this new way of experiencing Energy Healing.
With this new insight I found a way to use my multiple modalities in a combination to Heal and Empower people in a more powerful way.
I call it Trinity Healing and Empowerment because it works on all three aspects of ourself, Body~Mind~Soul. I use whatever is needed to assist a person with balancing their sacred Trinity.
Incorporating TAA, Reiki, Energy Healing, intuitive guidance, guided meditations, visualizations, affirmations and tools needed to heal and empower the mind and soul.
Along with the body work of Spinal flow and assessments and to determine a course of action to create a long term solution that will give you the tools needed for self empowerment.
