The Launch of Trinity Healing and Empowerment
I am very pleased to finally launch the new direction I am taking with Healing and Empowerment.
Starting this journey myself over 10 years ago I know what it is like to try and ride the waves of life while staying a float above the water. Life certainly has it’s ups and downs and many lessons for us to learn. What I discovered is we choose where we want these lessons to take us. It’s all about riding the waves! There are fated experiences we are meant to go through however I believe we choose the direction of our destiny as co-creators of our reality. It is so much more then the glass is half empty or full, now is the time to awaken the light within us for Healing and Empowerment and ultimately Ascension and Enlightenment.
The most important thing to know is that you are perfect, whole and complete now as you are. That the power within you is connected to the power that created you so how can this be “wrong” or “imperfect” in anyway.
It is our ego that believes that we are what we have, what we do, what we look like or accomplish in life. However who are “they” that set all these unrealistic standards that we all believe we need to live up to somehow. It has been said that we are spirits having human experiences.
Imagine the Peace, Freedom and Empowerment you would feel knowing that you are already Perfect just the way you are.
That the power within you, once realized and awakened, can Heal your, Body~Mind~Soul, your Trinity.
We are not just one or the other we are the whole package!! Which is why we need to take care of all three aspects of ourselves. This can be challenging with all life throws at us at times. The key is to recognize it, change our perspective, and our actions. Rather then labelling it as good or bad, right or wrong, we become the observer. Noticing what may be going on around us and how this is affecting us….while at the same time realizing most times we are the cause vibrationally to the effect we are now seeing. What I mean by that is we are ultimately energy and vibration, as is all matter when broken down, therefore the energy and vibration we put out is the same we get back.
I have trained in many different modalities to Heal and Empower myself and others. Ultimately what I discovered is it all comes down to the Intention behind it. We can do wonderful things for our body like eating healthy and exercising however if you do not have the positive mind set and power of intention to go along with it you may not experience what you were hoping for. To do something for yourself because you love and appreciate yourself as a whole person is much more beneficial then doing something because you think there is something wrong with you that you need to change.
We need to balance and pamper all of ourself to experience the change we desire. Take care of our body through Massage treatments, Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda. The Mind with positive affirmations, letting go of all that no longer serves you through intention and Access Consciousness Bars treatments. The Soul with Energy Healing, Guided Meditations and Visualization. All of these which can be experienced through what I now call THE Session.

You will see THE in a few things I offer as well as my title, THE Practitioner, just as a fun way to incorporate Trinity Healing and Empowerment since my goal is to assist you in Healing and Empowering your Trinity.
I do what I do because I love seeing other people experience peace, relaxation, relief, while feeling the Energy on all levels. Life will always continue to be a journey of growth and learning. Embrace what is and move forward fearlessly. Claim the power within you and know when you look within you will never go without. Awaken the light within you to Heal and Empower yourself Body, Mind and Soul!
